Los Angeles photographer, Rebecca Peloquin, photographed a color filled series featuring a variety of products made from soy for Soy Connection, a collaboration between health, nutrition, and food industry experts and U.S. soybean farmers, aiming to educate the public on the benefits of sustainably grown U.S. soybeans. The initiative focuses on promoting heart-healthy soybean oil and soy protein, providing resources such as creative recipes, information about soy farming, and materials for health professionals. Soy Connection is brought to you by U.S. Soy and the United Soybean Board (USB), a national checkoff funded by U.S. soybean farmers.
